What time do most bots get banned?

I remember someone posted it the other day. I think it's like 1AM-5PM EST. Not sure though. I think it corresponds with the start of their working day.

I'm planning on running 15+ F2P accounts a day so I want to know.

 

I thought most bots are banned by their system, not manual bannings? Could be wrong, but in my experience there has never been a specific time for bans.

 

I remember a lot of people on tribot saying they all had their bots banned at the same time every morning, as they were running 20+ f2p accounts.

 

Whenever Jagex is online, which is like 9am - 6pm gmt?

 

Most bans are scheduled. This means they caught you well before you were banned. They do this so you can't track when their system is catching bots.

 

Wasn't RiD genesis meant to come out like 1 yr ago?

 

I am wondering the same thing. I have money specifically waiting to buy a few premium scripts lol.

 

Usually bots get banned during the main operating hours of jagex. (8 am - 8 pm gmt)

 

Between 8am-7pm UK time is likely. But, that's the stated ban time, not necessarily when they've caught you.

 

I was checking how long I had left on my 2 day banned account when a system update appeared. I thought it was interesting seconds were almost in sync with the system update.

 

Because the system update and the ban where both on an exact hour...


I'm pretty sure that they do many ways of detection, but banning is done in batches. So they detect all bots of today and ban them tomorrow morning.

 

Any time estimates haven't been deadlines, just rough estimates on updates on progress.

And @Godsdesire, with Genesis you don't purchase individual bots, you pay a subscription fee for access to the platform. With the platform all bots are created by you, and other members, not RiD.
