Im not sure if this means anything to anyone other than me but, I did tell my mom about what I did. She was a bit shocked but didn't seem to care as long as it didn't come back on her. I felt I needed to come clean about it with her as I went behind her back though. I don't have proof of this right now as it's hard to get for this type of situation, but I wouldn't mind having a mod or admin ask her via Skype about it.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:
I don't know if this counts since nobody lost money from this but, I did have an issue over a year ago with Paypal. They limited my account because I was using my account and my Mom was using hers and we had the same ip. I sent my mom money and she sent me money as well for payments and things like lunch. Paypal thought something was going on so they put both mine and my moms account under review. During this time all payments I had sent went under review, and gold buyers had funds from me placed on hold (Divicasales, and Steingrabber were effected with payment holds). After their review I closed my account but I did make sure the people effected received their money first. I have attempted to contact both Stein and Divica to prove what I say is true. They did not lose any money and nothing was chargedback. The reason why I haven't waited to post the pardon before contacting them is that I know for a fact they were not effected by any money loss. had they been I would've made sure they'd been repaid.

When I contacted Divicas live chat, I was told the owners wouldn't get into something like this by Chloe. I think they meant that they didn't want to get involved in anything.

I have also ban evaded. I say this with regret, but I've evaded 3 times since my initial ban several years ago. Accounts i've evaded on in order are Xstaticpk, HahYea, and Ascensionsales.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
My mom was contracted for Microsoft and received a TechNet subscription for her work. This gave her access to Product keys and OS product and ISO install files for the operating systems. I asked her one day to use it to wipe my own computer as it was blue screening and I thought re installing windows would fix this. She gave me her login information and I used it for myself once. After realizing there were more keys available I wanted to help some people who were looking for ways to fix their OS and not have to use sketchy Torrents or Pay the insane retail fees of $30-100. I tried to sell those extra keys and provide people with a copy of the ISO install files so they could have a genuine version of windows instead of downloading it from a possible virus filled torrent version. Going into this I had good intentions behind why I was doing it originally, but the fact that i was trying to profit from it was also a mistake. My first thought about this when I did it, was not to make money, but it was that i had something I felt other people needed and I wanted to help them. At the time of this event I was 17, I am currently 19. I have grown more mature and I'm still learning from my mistakes and making them. I let dollar signs and being broke blind my judgement. I am truly not a greedy or shady person. I was caught up in the moment and haven't fixed that until just recently. I can honestly say that I felt bad for what I did after I realized what I was doing was wrong.

I know that ban evading is against the rules, and I felt at the time as if I wasn't in the wrong when doing it, as I wasn't trying to scam or harm anyone. I only wanted to sell and buy things and build a reputation. That was my goal when joining Sythe for the first time years ago. I sincerely am sorry for what I did. When I last evaded I did it out of bad judgement. I felt like I was cheated. I know now that is not the case. I felt really depressed after receiving the 5 pardons and still staying banned. I know that my own intentions were good as to why I wanted to have an account but I knew the way I went about it was what made that irrelevant. I waited 3 months exactly today, since last turning myself in for evading. The times I evaded I never turned myself in, I was always caught or felt like I was going to be so I was banned. This last time I felt bad about doing it, and that's why i reported myself. I honestly didn't feel right about doing it. I would like nothing more than to get another chance to honestly be apart of Sythe.org. I feel as though I have knowledge to offer and would be a great member. I would never do anything to jeopardize being banned again. I have read the rules of Sythe.org and understand them. I no longer try to profit from things that don't belong to me. This includes doing something that I may never get caught for, I'm just not that type of person anymore. I'll admit I wasn't as mature as I am now and I still have a ways to go. I would like to prove that.

Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section? Yes. Please correct me if I'm wrong as I did spend awhile on this.

That aside, well worded pardon. I haven't found a single solid report against you for a market transaction, and the ISO key thing doesn't bother me.

I had some things going on when I created Hah yea. I was still in a weird life situation. I can honestly say, that I completely forgot I even pardoned on that account and what I said. Hah Yea was me. I created it for joint use with an irl friend of mine, but he never even got the chance to use it. I did use it to help an irl friend sell gold but In that pardon I can see I explained things wrong.
I had a friend in a different city who wanted to sell some gold he had, (the real owner of the account Hah_Yea on rs). My friend John. I shared the name with him for everything I did because I shared hah yea for years, dicing/ making videos of payouts, pking etc. I posted this Pardon on his IP I think, and So that's why It's worded as if hah yea is someone else. I didn't want to admit that i was vading, but I was and at the time I did to help a friend, which I know now wasn't the right thing to do.

Til this day I still go by the name Hah yea. Hah has a special meaning to me, and I'd never want to let that go. If I were to start things over, I would be using the name Hah Yea for Sythe. If that means anything to anyone other than me.

The people effected at the time,
Noobmage - He actually bought my gold. So he wasn't even effected.
Moe - I paid $5 + PA fee for $5 donator, but the account was banned and I was vading. Im not sure if I still owe moe the $5 as I didn't receive anything in the end from it.
Xsplit was sorted and that's just a streaming service, was for a $14.95 premium subscription that was cancelled.
The random gold site was refunded. I'm not sure they're even around. I've seen so many sites I used before gone or they had url's changed.
Divica/Stein both got their money back.
I did make sure everything was sorted with this at the time.

I apologize for not including this in my Pardon and I'm glad it was brought up so I could elaborate on it and explain my actions. I do see and agree how this was/could be sketchy. I hope I can put that in my past and move on from here.

 

Ok so I'd like to go over the sketchy trading habits.
I'd like to explain that whole mess very quickly.
I had 93M 07 gold, I was trying to sell it to someone I thought was Rsmalls/Julia (or was actually them impostering themselves).
Someone made a fake skype from Australia '' Hahayeatim'' and apparently contacted Rsmalls claiming to be me, talking to rsmalls to sell them the gold.
I gave the impostered skype 93M ingame and the person stole my money and logged. I thought it was Rsmalls who scammed me so naturally I opened a scam report against them. I have no idea why Julia reported me, but I guess she thought I was trying to scam her or something by me making a report about being scammed initially.

That whole mess was nothing but my ignorance and a bunch of confusion. There is nothing to take from it except for the fact that I learned my lesson with selling gold to people w/o verifying it's them first. Also I learned how to properly record and take screenshots afterwards, because my proof was crappy quality. I had this all settled with Unb4nn3d awhile ago when i was trying to collect proof. I soon realized I was played for a fool and let someone with a fake skype scam me for 93M gold.

 

You need to figure out your trading habits and make sure from now on you're more careful.
