Attempted to give back name

I was banned for selling the sniped name "*****". I'm not sure how to deal with this guy though. I attempted to give him the name and he did nothing but flame me, even making the comment he could track me down. Anyways you can see all of it in the Gyazos below. I'd be happy to donate the name to a Sythe Mod/Admin etc... but I don't think getting the name back to him is going to work out.

Don't know who you are, but you have to refund the person you scammed. No moderator here is allowed to take money from you and you cannot donate it to sythe.org or anything like that to be eligible for a pardon.
