    millenium dispute 200$ deposit refund request
    I was hired to work for millenium 200$ deposit was a requirement i paid it he told me id be working on june 1st i informed him on june 3rd id like a refund due to his neglegience in not telling me it was possible my paypal wasnt approved yet... he said it would be verified i then told him this morning im asking for my full refund due to his lack in informing me of all this. i asked him 2x before for a refund.

    the first time i asked for a refund he threatened me b/c i refused to sell him my 2b, the second time was b/c i hadnt been working yet and was getting quite frustrated @ him hiding behind bullshit excuses like paypal hasnt approved you[he should have informed me that it could take a week longer for paypal to approve me]

    First off, I said he'd start working when PayPal verified his details, which I expected to be June 1st as I told him. On June 3rd he started thinking he was above employees and lacked the respect and decency to inform me of his other RuneScape related activities which are crucial to dictating his role within the team. After a discussion he cancelled his refund request which you can clearly see here.

    To me that could not be made clearer that he didn't want a refund.

    I informed him of the time PayPal usually takes, with the 20+ users I've had on my PayPal account none have ever taken as long as his did, I had no idea it would take as long as it did.

    Furthermore the Employment agreement(TOS) which he agreed to show clearly a 2 week notice must be provided (which it isn't) and nothing is refundable within the first 2 months unless stated otherwise which was made more than clear before any deal was agreed to because this is a medium-long term working position. I don't see how that isn't common sense when it is clearly stated and the only reason Beezmans is not working now is because he expects special treatment.

    Too add on to this dispute i am no longer working with him so i see no reason for him to hold my deposit but thats beside the point....

    He also informed us of 20$/hr average i have been informed by current employees there have been 0 sales in the past 3 days that is absurd and poor ownership on you're part and you should be held accountable for that there is mutiple issues with working for you which have been stated above and why i requested a refund, also about june 1st you never said you expect paypal to be verified by june 1st you said "YOU WILL BE WORKING ON JUNE 1ST" ON JUNE 1ST WHEN I MESSAGED HIM MY PAYPAL WAS NOT VERIFIED HE NEVER INFORMED ME THERE WAS EVER EVEN A SLIGHT CHANCE OF DELAY IN VERIFCATION, i dont expect any special treatment i expect to be treated like a employee.

    $20 / hr average. And he pays $0.2/M RS2007 or $0.03/M RS3. That implies you earn about 10% of overall revenue his site generates, based on gold prices.

    For him to pay you $20 / hr average, his company needs to be making $20 * 10 * 24 = $4800 revenue per day. $144,000 revenue per month. There is no way in hell his little gold shop does anywhere near $144,000 revenue per month.
