Arcus Vidal Scams me 3000$

Okay a little background story:

on Nov 6th I sold Arcus 3'000$ worth of gold,

second picture you can see I refunded him the money.

I then get a call from my bank asking many questions about where does this money come from and so on... I got scared so I went on their website to see if there's any other option, now this is where all gets messed up.

ALL I HAVE SAVED OF THE CHAT, Arcus closed the chat on me and I can't view the conversation anymore.

At this point I was refunding the money, when I did so, cathy tells me what did I do? and says stop after I did it eitherway, now she transfers me to Arcus the manager and he tells me he cant pay me anyother way other then paypal, I told him im in trouble with the bank can i just get a refund in gold price or any other payment he tells me no. and we fought back and forth and he ended up banning me from his chat and pretty much said "well I guess thanks for the 3'000$" or something along those lines.

He should be able to have a refund policy no matter what, or at least pay me in a different payment.

 

It's not Arcus's problem to refund you X amount of gold that could been worth more than it's now. Closing as Arcus paid you ingame so your goods were fully delivered. You can ask Arcus to send you payment back if you refunded it (on paypal), but definitely not to refund you gp. That's how market works
