possible ban evader

i done a user ip look up

and found alot of account banned on it some not but alot banned

Please read the lines of text on the top of every IP lookup before reporting somebody as a ban evader.
While some accounts may match, this particular user has no home IP matches to banned users, only mobile or VPN/proxy IP's.
