Requesting Heeatz be Permed

Hi, I'm sorry I didn't know exactly what format to post this as so I'll just state my case and make it simple.

As most of you know, PIAV was recently banned for recovering/reselling an account. His business partner, Heeatz, claimed he "Had nothing at all to do with it", yet he actually has so much more to do with it than we all think.

Not only did he middle-man the trade that PIAV was banned for, HE ALSO GOT THE ACCOUNT THAT BOUGHT IT FROM HIM BANNED SHORTLY THEREAFTER!! Oh, did I also mention that he lied by saying he had nothing at all to do with it? That alone should be grounds for a ban.

Furthermore, upon questioning (See: http://www.sythe.org/spam-forum/1542796-confession-heeatz-piav-post12033196.html#post12033196), he stalled, stumbled, contradicted and weaseled his way into another day on the forums. THIS IS BLASPHEMY!!!

Then, instead of taking this investigation and the suspicion on him seriously, he simply tells FireZ he'll "Send the screenshots in the mornin". I'm pretty sure this is scammer lingo for "Go offline mode, delete all evidence, edit pictures, fake conversations, fixing any and all contradictions, fraud, etc.

This is bullshit and I for one won't stand by it. I'm requesting a permanent ban be placed on Heeatz for not only:

- Lying to the staff

but also for being involved in an on-going investigation, being involved with a known scammer (PIAV)

We the people don't feel safe.

 

If we held all middlemen responsible for account scams, we'd have to ban quite a few people, OMMs included. Do you have proof that Heeatz was responsible for getting the account banned?

 

What sort of partnership were they in? The person is only held responsible if the scam occurred within the partnership.

 

Well depending on what time the account was recovered (Who even knows), that would be your answer because the scam occurred the moment that that happened. Now when the account was initially sold. (In other words, they were most likely partners at this point, yes)

However, don't you think it's convenient that Person A sells an account, has person B MM for them, then the buyer becomes mysteriously banned, person a/b are now partners and all the sudden an account is recovered? Most likely months after because they were hoping some 'loot' would have been put on it by now.

Hmmm, this all sounds so suspicious, yet we allow this person to carry on with his Sythe usage, as if he really has nothing to do with it at all (LIKE HE SAID INITIALLY. NO ONE ORIGINALLY KNEW HE MM'D THE TRADE BECAUSE HE DIDN'T ADMIT IT, HE JUST SAID HE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT AT ALL).

Ban this guy already, shit. People have been kicked out for less. This dude's playing and we can't just sit by any let him weasel his way out of this..

Other things to think about

Why does Heatz say "Who keep logs from 3+ months" if clearly, he "does". This doesn't make sense to say on a whim like that, but especially when you're trying to formulate an argument against someone. Not to mention skype keeps your logs, he knows this, anyone who uses skype knows this, and anyone who conducts a business DEFINITELY knows this.

Why does Heatz "leave for the night", says he'll post proof in the morning (yeah, real professional just walk out of an investigation, but we're letting him), yet he returns only hours later in supposedly the wee hours of the night. http://www.sythe.org/spam-forum/1543636-heeatz-says-darndest-things.html

There seems to be some misunderstanding with what I said. In order for a user to have to repay his partners scam, it had to be a scam within the partnered business.

 

Just to add my two cents, I contacted the original buyer and he said he sold the account back to PIAV.

Although, I still need to discuss the whole conversation I had with another member of staff.
