"It's just a prank bro" does not suffice for purposefully breaking his contract, since he already admitted to rigging the outcome to me in PM days before he chose the winner.

Which is a break of his contract here:

Lean then goes on to use an off-site dice tool rather than the Sythe one, since the Sythe one cannot be manipulated. In his roll where he claims the winner is randomly selected, he emphasizes again his intention to purposely rig the outcome.



If it was "Just a prank" and Lean never intended to manipulate the outcome, he would have used the Sythe number generator (AKA DICE) to prove that the roll was legitimate.

Now, Lean is lying in his appeals:

I never claimed to have won. I claimed that a fair dice was never rolled. Lean sent me multiple PMs where he made it explicitly clear that he was not intending to host a fair roll, then went on to use a third party/non-verifiable RNG so he could exclude winners at will.

 

This has already been dealt with by Sythe, to which he said Lean is not restricted to the dice on Sythe.
