This looks like a scamquit waiting to happen.

Well he hasn't scammed (yet) but very suspicious activity here. Anyways let me explain the context of this first, He messaged me to buy 700M 07, i was fine with this, and i told him i'd be getting a MM. After i tried 2 MM (one being ASAPGang) he was unsure of how btc works ect, so i just called off the trade.

Since then he tried to "bribe" me into just going first with him insisting hes 270+ vouches with 500-1B trades. Then just deletes and blocks me on skype

I don't know, this is me just reporting what seems sketchy to myself. This user has to be one of the sketchiest thats ever added me on skype.
Instead of just waiting or possibly hearing me out he just says peace and deletes me.

 

Not TWC worthy. He does not decline the use of a MM, he did not bribe you either, he was trying to persuade you to go first, which shouldn't be punishable. From the looks of things, he didn't block you, he just removed you from his contacts.
