They're currently allowing him a chance to refund the person he's scammed but he's stopped replying. Either way he should be banned/require to pardon on Sythe even if he refunds (doubt he will), due to the fact that he tried getting the feedback removed as if nothing happened, stopped replying as soon as the other user posted back about the scam, started deleting the messages he'd posted in the chat ( http://imgur.com/a/K0NFW ), etc. It's obvious his intention always was to scam and he was hoping he'd not get caught.

He's also still bumping his threads here trying to sell accounts and has been reported multiple times here/accused multiple times of scamming but there was never solid proof.

Seems to usually be account recovery accusations as well, which I believe is how he scammed on PB.
