Explanation of the trade:
Firstly, lily-usfineseller as far as I can see is there representative here on Sythe. Advertising sales via their site "usfine.com"

Payment through Visa on AliPay for 1B RS3 Gold.
How they scammed: Before I went to make the payment I went to their livechat and asked if / what verification would be required for the purchase in which they replied a picture of front and back of my bank card. Which sounded good to me so I went through with it. Made the payment , sent the pictures of my bank card and then they come out with "we can't see a DOB" so they request to see a driver's license. The whole "DOB" on my bank card? Is ridiculous, I don't want to provide them with any more personal information... I go ahead and ask for a refund, they repeatedly ignore my request for a refund, asking for my drivers license. Then.. their refund manager is not there? I am told to come back tomorrow. I come back the next day and am told that refund manager is on holiday until next week. I come back next week and they say "I will send this onto the refund manager", we will send you an email when it is all sorted. I come back few days later or so without receiving a refund/email and they repeat for a few days "refund manager is not here" and so here I am now, the past few days they either just ignore me when I come into the livechat, ask for drivers license, I ask for refund. no reply and / or kicked from the livechat.

I did attempt to get livechat records sent to my email which they seemed to have failed, possibly hotmail blocks these?
I only have screenshots today I have talked to them.

Other China located companies are having similar problems. There is a week long holiday called national day, and because of that, many of the workers aren't working. Lily hasn't logged on for 6 days so it coincides with what I'm saying.

I have talked to her on Skype & will send my request to the financial team which will be in office in 17 hours from now.
