i got scammed

i bought a rs accoint for 27m rs07 using mm
he made my email regstered on the accout and he gave me the password so i told the mm to give him the 27m but in the next day when i tryed to log into the account i couldnt do that it says wrong pass so i tried to recover the account using my email and i found out that the regstered email changed to the old 1 (to his email) thats is my story :C the scammer sythe account is : effen
