The Legendary is a scammer

Explain the service:

I decided to purchase power leveling services from The Legendary, he didn’t only get my account banned for botting but also took my gold without completing the service. We had agreed I would give him 37M 07 rsgp to get my combat stats to 70/75/75. He assured me he didn’t bot and the skills would be completely hand trained. I gave him the gold and he was able to start, two days later I realized my account had been banned for botting. When I confronted The Legendary on skype he told me the account wasn’t actually banned he had just made it look like it was because he had cheated the game and was now invincible (this is what he actually said the images are proof)

This guy basically got my account banned and took my gold, I have asked for my gold back several times and he just ignores me.

 

Surely he can't be serious... Gone ahead and banned him.
