dmitryval - banned already questions - scammed

So I had paid him to use an account he had (basically buying it but I told him I just wanted to use it for the antlers) and I paid him 8m and I even bonded the account to members, and then I check my pm's (where I had the details to the account) and noticed he was banned, and the details to the account I paid for had been changed.

Basically SOL now?
