From not only the multiple scam accusations, but him changing his excuse for why he didn't scam people changing, it is obvious he is scamming people and should be banned.

If he refunded him via the PP he sent, it means he never received the gold. If he was "mad because he was cleaned staking", that doesn't relate to the situation at all, seeing as he never receiving the gold from Pkhonorshop in the first place, and Pkhonorshop had no reply for why he lied about sending the person his money back via PP.
