Skype accounts like this are near always used for impersonation, guessing he's impersonating this user whose currently banned for fake vouches:

He's also posting referring to it as "Them" but you can see that's a clear impostor skype and NOT StockingUpGold who trades in the same market that Gp Ikov is posting in. It seems he's trying to "redirect" people to a company that doesn't exist/is guilty of impersonation, which is more than likely just himself on another skype account scamming people.
