He basically admitted to being a banned user as well as having other suspicious behavior. It's also worth noting his first post was in 2015 while the profile was created in 2012.

Meanwhile as seen in Scarscaper's report and dispute:

It was highly suggested that not only was Scarscaper4life also being used by a ban evader, but that this profile was also hacked as well seeing as it hadn't really previously been active in the spam forum, and the corresponding Powerbot profile was banned as it was also suspected hacked.

Two older profiles that came back out of nowhere, one of them having no prior posts and another one of them not acting as if the real owner had, both seemingly used by a ban evader and now, both seemingly hacked.

Also worth nothing that Scarscaper and Harris both came back from their inactivity gaps in March 2015, only 3 days apart nonetheless.

Also with the behavior of them both and the information presented above, I feel it's also quite clear that the user is a ban evader.
