Potsmokee420 - Requesting TWC.

Explanation of the trade:
I basically added him, interested in his 350M os-rsgp cash. Which is a HELL of a lot. I was interested in potentially buying around 100m. I asked for proof, and he refused. After refusing, he said unless I got an OMM and paid the fees he wouldn't even be interested in talking deals. This seems fishy to me for the following reasons;
1] He's lying about the amount of vouches he has. He has around 15 and he said he has 50+ (Surely alone this is 'TWC'able')
2] He is forcing the buyer to get an OMM before deals have even been struck, insisting on the buyer to pay for it. This is fishy; in my eyes, as he knows 99% of people would prefer to use just a free MM (I know this isn't twc worthy, just fishy)
3] He lied about his join up date, suggesting he's been around for 5 years, when in fact it's 3.
4] The latest post on his vouch thread suggests 'he is a scammer' ( http://gyazo.com/f40d04cdadf2fee32506c3ceed67d6be )
