    He was banned for scamming and his employer had to pay back the scam. According to a Powerbot mod it seems the reason he's not currently banned is due to another account of his being restricted and the two accounts being merged together, resulting in Bendus taking the usergroup of the second account, so he's supposed to be banned there as opposed to restricted, on account of his scam.

    Even if he's now refunding the person who had to pay on his account, he still scammed someone lol? He's only repaying them because he's afraid of getting banned on here as well, anyone else who scammed would have to go through the pardon process?
