Already been confirmed by a moderator that the locations are a match. Aside from this.

Both Xero and this user reported the same person, a known scammer, "X" on RS, previously.

As you can see Dodging still dislikes this user (he's a scammer, so I don't blame him in the slightest.) and his comments in this report are quite indicative of him having some history with this user or even having reported him before, saying 'can we ban him from the internet', etc etc..

You may think it a coincidence that both he and Xero reported this user all that time ago, but it seems they had some form of association then, and still have it now, as seen in the banter mentioned in this report:

As well as the fact that Xero made a thread defending his butt-buddy when I reported him.

You can also see that Dodging clearly dislikes me due to past experience, despite his invalid claims in his dispute that he was "a lurker", i'd say me getting his past 4-5 profiles banned explains why he's such a whiny cunt.

You can see that despite the fact that it seems they may be friends, he has a tendency to make threads/posts about Gyzo in the spam forum as well.
