Main subject matter that is frowned upon on Sythe or relevant to this report:
Confirms Emoji as his alias / previous Sythe profile (on top of what I mentioned above.)
Stating he uses FK (ForumKorner) and HF (HackForums.)
Admitting to owning a program that is used for sniping XBL gamertags (a "turboer"

First starting off with his FK profile, you can simply google "Emoji forumkorner profile":

Since he has 2.2k posts I didn't go through all of them, just went through his created threads and found:

Also requesting this bot which he calls a "name swapper" but sounds more like a name sniping bot - which I doubt he planned on using just for "swapping names" given his interest in sniping names on XBL and elsewhere.

Now for HF I figured his name would also be Emoji, so obviously that's what I searched for first.

Obviously with 2 of them never being active again after registering and the other one being closed, I ruled those out and looked into the fourth one which is still active (as are his FK and Sythe profiles.)

First off I went about looking for evidence aside from the name match to prove he was Emoji from Sythe/FK, and saw that both users created similar threads asking questions about a limited PP account on the same date:
