iBallHardsgold powerlevelling scam

This is honestly so dumb. I'm fed up with this kid and he needs to gain some intelligence and give me back my money.
I contacted iBallhardsgold to train my account from 30attack/37strength to 60/65. I paid 15m-the price of a bond. So technically 13m is the amount I paid him.
He told me that his "worker" has worked 10hours today and is going to bed and the service will take 4 days, which was somewhat fine. So, I told iballhardsgold that I would buy a bond and do some training, which he didn't care about.
He then tell me that since his worker is going to bed, I can go on and play -which u can see in one of these pictures- "yeah
you can play if you want
Untill tomorrows morning
thats then my worker will start"
So he violated his OWN TOS.

We begin to discuss that I want to cancel the service because after training for some time, I realized that 15m-bond, is really not worth it. After doing 2 quests and some training from 30attack/37strength to 42attack/46strength, I began to realize that I can do this on myself and want to cancel the order. After telling him I completed all of this and want some or full refund back, he tell he will try, etc. He tells me it will be hard as his "worker" will not be happy about this, -THE WORKER IS ASLEEP THIS WHOLE TIME AND NEVER DID ANY F THE SERVICE SO HOW WOULD HE BE MAD? THE WORKER GOT MY 13M AND WENT TO SLEEP-
He tells me "You want to get full refund, right?" Ofcourse. But then it starts to get suspicious as he states that "oh you violated our TOS *keep in mind he violated his own tos and didn't mention anything about me breaking tos* and won't be allowed to get full refund and my worker is upset. He tried to log on in the morning and u were logged in" NOW this might seem "legit" right? NO, I contacted him EVERY single hour of the morning and he told me "he's still not responding and isn't on yet" *YET HE STILL HE SAYS HIS WORKER TRIED TO LOGIN AND COULDN'T DO ANY SERVICE* http://tinypic.com/r/dcv71z/8
YOU CAN SEE THAT HIS WORKER GOT ON ONLY AN HOUR AGO
This is crazy. So I demand a refund of ONLY 10m, so he makes 2.5m profit for DOING NOTHING. Yet he tells me "You wasted my workers and my time and violated our TOS" and said he can only refund 5.5m. 5.5m? Seriously? I paid 15m-bond-brine sabre-1m. Why is it fair for him to keep all that money when he literally did NO service? Seriously he says I "wasted his time", this is crazy tbh.
I demand my 4.5m, which REALLY SHOULD BE 15M- 1.7m (bond) 150k (brine sabre)-1m. So really, I should get a refund of 12m.
You might say "you did violate his tos" BUT u must realize that when was logged on to the account, he didn't care and CLEARLY said "You can go on and play" He violated his own tos there and it's just so unfair that he "can only give back 5.5m because u wasted my and workers time. we skipped 3 orders" when clearly, there is only 1 post on his thread for a completed service for today.

The order was: 15m-price of bond for 60/65
So only 13.3m for 60/65- 1m (that i took, and he paid me 5.5m "refund")
He owes me 13.3-(5.5m+1m).. I'm being nice and now only asking for 11.5m.

I agreed to not post anything, but I'm doing the same thing he did. He violated his own TOS. I'm pissed off.
