Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:

on his thread here http://www.sythe.org/oldschool-rune...cient-questing-service-100-quality-cheap.html it says "facebook:fran.jurado0" is his skype which i think matches with the email [email protected] - "think" because i am assuming he signed up to skype via facebook email or some shit thats why its "facebook:"

that email then matches to the banned account that was reported here http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer...pian-fran-jurado0-hotmail-com-scammed-me.html

Looks like he saw this thread and tried covering it up.
