I suspect this player to be a ban evader.

Using other people's vouches to make him seem more trustworthy. Note: The vouches he used are players which are already banned.

IP Audit didn't show anything for me but doesn't mean he isn't a ban evader.


EDIT: IP audit performed on one of the banned accounts he took vouches from and here's the result:







Yes that is a lot of accounts....
