He's not yet banned over there yet because i'm fairly sure only the owner of the website or possibly other high ranking staff have ban permissions, but as seen on the final post of the report he's due a ban for scamming, as well as the fact that he's impersonating this user:

The evidence was inconclusive unfortunately, but given the fact that he shortly afterwards impersonated Sellerofgolder and scammed someone else...
