Concerned about user acheteur

Ok so the outline is I added him to sell some gold to him etc.
He is always non responsive to me and avoids buying from me.

I then just removed him.
That's not the reason for this though.

Recently I and many others were scammed by the user: http://www.sythe.org/members/449440-pineapplex.html due to chargebacks.
I never posted a report as I saw no point

I noticed in the vouches he leaves and the ones I was left by the banned user that scammed me are very similar.

I do believe that he avoids me as he scammed me from his other account so thinks Il detect him.

But the thing is, I wouldn't have posted this if I hadn't noticed his powerbot avatar.

That avatar is the EXACT same one pineapplex had on sythe.
I can't really prove that since hes banned but im sure you can look into old avatars.

I am posting as a concern, not a scam report. But I believe you can look into this case.
