His first thread is so obvious a ploy to try and get a quick 5$ if it works out, if he hadn't rolled higher, I assume that he'd of just said it was for fun. He then proceeds to make another thread and do same thing, but is asking for users paypal to see if it's verified, etc.

Do the obvious thing: TWC.
