Smilie Scammer

I needed some skill training/void and paid 20mil 07 gp in advance. After some time he mentioned he would buy 07 gp as well. So we agreed on 100mil 07 gp for 190$, transfered by skrill. Well we traded and he logged. I wrote him on Skype what's the problem and he claimed I declined the trade. He offered then to further work on the acc for void but I declined since I obviously cannot trust him anymore. So he officially scammed me for 100mil 07 gp. Screenshots are attached. I guess he will try to proof that I declined the trade. Fishy was that he asked me to log in again? What for? He logged out immediately after I logged in.

It's my first scam report, so please tell me if you need more information, screenshots or anything. Try to provide as much as possible
