Wants a mid level account to "stake" on, then asks about the heroes quest as the account is to be used for bug abuse purposes, tries to pass it off as for pking. (Heroes quest offers no gain for pking)
Thread specifically states staking.

How they scammed:
The account he rents will almost certainly be banned for bug abuse, but he's failing to tell the seller that this is the case.

Is it not possible that he wants to use the white cape you get from Heroes Quest while PKing? I thought that was one of the best cape bonuses in the game considering how cheap it is.

My mistake, you get that cape from Legends Quest. Still, Heroes Quest is a requirement for the barrows gloves from Recipe for Disaster, and those are most commonly used for PKing. Do you have any other proof against him?
