Crazyman101 scammed me

Explanation of the trade:
I was speaking to the people at the live chat and we agreed that I pay 126m EOC for 18B ikov since the rate is 7m eoc per 1b ikov , we met up in game and whilst trading he said that some customers were having difficulties with the chat and therefore I will be disconnected and would need to refresh the page to reconnect.

I reconnected and continued with the trade with Swaggy P3 and gave him the 126m and wrote back on the chat that we traded but only to the amusement of the advisor telling me I haven't traded with him and that he's a different advisor so he told me to reconnect again to speak to the same advisor I was speaking with at first (even thou he wrote that the chat is fixed now)

So I ended the chat and reconnected but no one was replying back for over an hour.

Whilst I was writing this report someone replied back saying all his staff are denying that we even traded and so and so. this is the video; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m6fDRj3qmWc

and then he said on his selling post that only one person was working on the live chat yet in the chat he said 2 people were working in the last hour.
Someone else has also posted on his selling post asking when he will get his 12b ikov after trading him 9m OSRS coins

I spoke on the live chat and told him to trade me which he did, I accepted and tried to screenshot me accepting the trade but he clicked accept before I could do it, He's the guy with the green hair. Level 49 and goes by the name of "swaggy p3"
