Ban evading

I was banned a while back on the account "Duddy_Crow" because someone sent me 20 dollars on paypal to buy gold. We have previously talked about the transaction but I was already out to town for a FULL MONTH before he sent me the gold and when I got back I was already banned. I tried to dispute it then after trying to get into contact with him to return the money but I wasn't able to do so. Either way that's not what this is about. I made this new account with the sole purpose of buying an ironman account from someone which I did yesterday. After doing so the account has been recovered and I've been blocked on skype by the user. I don't care if you unban me or not. Apparently the staff believes I should have been banned in the first place for someone sending me money on paypal and I agree I should have been banned on this account for ban evading but I also think the user who scammed me shouldn't be allowed in your community either.
