Scam report against RsCards4Money[resolved]

So 3 weeks ago i asked RsCards4Money to level my main account to 70/70/70 and he accepted the offer. He told me it would only take a couple of days, which is why i chose him. Now, 3 weeks later, my account has ran out of membership and he isn't even at 50% of the order. I'm sick of waiting, he told me it would only take a couple of days and it's now 3 weeks ago i ordered at him so i would like to have my money refunded.

Everytime i asked him on when the order will be done he says "i'll start in couple of days" etc etc.

 

I let mojito know I would refund him. I've been on holiday I come back today but I'll arrive 10pm my time and it's 7am now. He made the report at 5am without discussing it with me or asking for a refund before hand but it's fine. I'll pay him once I'm on my computer.

 

Seems we're missing each other all the time @ skype. I'll let you know when i got refunded!
