Issue with vplus2

Explain the service: he was doing 30-50 attack def and str without bots for me... but the account got perm banned for botting the day after his service.

Proof that the service was not completed: The service was completed, but he lied and used bots and got my account banned.

as you can see my account was banned for botting on the 5th of may (tuesday), I played a little on monday just running around doing nothing
and haven't tryed logging on till thursday night where i saw that i was banned...
He said i must of botted before hand..
Why would i pay a guy not to use bots? if i botted myself... it doesn't make sense.

i paid 1.5m for the service, and had almost 6m on the account when it got banned (traded my m4a1-s for money on rs)

 

The screenshots were from my friend, because he talked to the seller first because he's better at those type of things, ill post all my chat logs with the seller and if you want my friends he can post them too .

He also got my main account banned, and I lost 5m osrs gold because of the ban, and because of my main being banned I lost my account on rs3 and 5m gold that I had on the account

 

does he have to refund the 5m? I have proof that I traded for the money with a person on the sythe forums

 

and my friend is currently checking if he is refunding or not
