scammed by Excelont

i Know im a newcomer and hes a svu but this guy sold me a f2p account lvl 47 which i overpayed for because of the simple fact that i missed f2p pking he gave me access to the og email and the account after i payed 12m 2 days later i try to login and the password was wrong for the account i tried recovering it and the email was also wrong it appears that he recovered the outlook account and gained access to the account thank god i had saved my gmail as the outlooks recovery email. i was able to recover the outlook and then recover the account but when i logged in the account was clean i have skype records of the whole conversation that took place and when i told him about it he immediately blames me and says that i scammed my self i will post the whole chat log in a few minutes but heres a link to the thread for the account i purchased

this guy engineered this scam and will probally keep doing it look at his vouched there almost all fake and this is the message he made me sign before selling me the account as a means to not get in trouble with this scam
