Goldstop.net Confusion (Read)

*Long Story*

A while ago, Bus369 was an active member in the sythe community. Since then
he has cause multipled issues and has let down sythe multiple times. It was
speculated that during his time working for Lalapo, he and stolen quite a large
sum of money. Since then he has been using the use "Strawsombrero" to continue
making gold off of Virtual Goods trading through Sythe.

Recently, Bus369 made his own site. His site name is "Goldstop.net". How he gets
his customer base is by advertising on Sythe Forums. He got the domain name from
his time working with Lalapo, by ripping off the idea of "Goldstop" and placing
it as his new site.

This causes many issues, including the fact that the sites are both active
in the same forums and can cause confusion for customers. Seeing such similar
sites will cause some people to mistaken one site for the other, or some people
will believe that it's just the same site.

This causes an EXTREME idenity issue for Rsgoldstop.com. Lalapo has built up an
amazing website which took him months to build. We have daily customers who
come to us looking to sell and purchase various products. Now that goldstop.net
is up and being ran by one of his former employees, some people may believe
that goldstop.net is also his website, which it is not.

Seeing as Bus369 has a bad history with Lalapo and Sythe, this causes conflict
for us @ Rsgoldstop.com. If users were to mistaken goldstop.net as our website,
this would cause extreme issues because not only is it not owned by Lalapo, it is
owned by his former employee who was fired under the suspicion of stealing, and is
banned on sythe for multiple reasons including DDoSing and Scamming.

I believe that advertising of goldstop.net should NOT be allowed on sythe, it can cause a lot of
issues and could potentially ruin the rep of Rsgoldstop.net.

I'm asking that Strawsombrero is told to remove all ties with goldstop.net on sythe until they
change their domain name. There's no way to legally have the site shut down but there is a way
to minimize any potential issues from occuring.

This was a rough report and I can continue if needed in a more organized matter, and can also
have Lalapo tell you his input on this situation.

I've also had Video and Bogla input their opinions on this matter and can contact them again if needed.

Guess what taz? It's called compeititon and sythe is a free market, thats all I have to say I figure that wraps up everything?
