Dave. Dave Confusion [New Mod]

Reposting this because I do not believe that Time To Buy's response was enough of a reason to close the report, although I respect his opinion. This is nothing personal, I just feel that a mod that was around when R2goldsales was banned should have an input in this report. Thanks.
No scam occurred, but confusion ensued.
Not sure which is which, but one is a mod and the other is a person who is also on sythe.

If you look at the mod's profile his user image looks like Dave. (with a period at the end.) when in fact that is part of the picture. However, this is very unclear when trying to find the user Dave. When I was trying to find the user Dave. I was not expecting there to be 2 users to have the same name, because as most people are well aware, the rules do not allow that to happen. There was a recent situation in which a user named R2goldsales was forced to change his name because of R2Pleasant being a trusted member on the site. Seeing as Dave is a high ranking member on sythe, I believe he should change his name back to what it formerly was (BSGPSeller) in order to avoid any confusions seeing as Dave. made his sythe account before BSGPSeller.

On a side note, after opening the first post, Dave joined the teamspeak I was in, Home Teamspeak, and threatened to infract me if i posted another scam report regarding him. Well here it is Dave.

 

The name "Dave" is a common name and is legitimately the user "Dave's" real name. It's much different from some random user starting a gold service basically named after another highly established company on Sythe. We do not believe any users will confuse Dave and Dave., and have not seen any instances where this has been a problem.
