Dave. Dave Confusion

No scam occurred, but confusion ensued.
Not sure which is which, but one is a mod and the other is a person who is also on sythe.

If you look at the mod's profile his user image looks like Dave. (with a period at the end.) when in fact that is part of the picture. However, this is very unclear when trying to find the user Dave. When I was trying to find the user Dave. I was not expecting there to be 2 users to have the same name, because as most people are well aware, the rules do not allow that to happen. There was a recent situation in which a user named R2goldsales was forced to change his name because of R2Pleasant being a trusted member on the site. Seeing as Dave is a high ranking member on sythe, I believe he should change his name back to what it formerly was (BSGPSeller) in order to avoid any confusions seeing as Dave. made his sythe account before BSGPSeller.

 

Name changes are allowed for staff if the change makes their name more professional. If Richard OK'd Dave's name change, then it's fine. It might be a bit confusing when you do some searches, but that's not reason enough to change it back. Sorry :s
