Ayy (Kinetic) Scammed Me

Explanation of the trade:
Trade was 20 dollars for a youtube banner and logo. He seemed reputable so I went first. For about a week he kept saying he would get around to it and never did, eventually agreeing to refund me so that we could both go our separate ways.

How they scammed:
He agreed to refund me (as he was too busy to make any graphics) but never refunded. Has been many weeks now, I send a reminder about a week ago on both sythe and skype with no response.

This is unfortunately all I have as I recently upgraded to an ssd and lost all my skype chat history.

This ended up being a much flakier report than I had intended as I didn't realize all my skype chat is connected to a file on a hard drive. Let me know what more I can do to prove my side.

I do not think he is doing this intentionally, as he really did seem busy from our conversations in the past and likely simply forgot about it. The issue is I dont know how to reach him outside of skype or sythe which he does not go on anymore.

Unfortunately we only talked on skype (other that the 1 confirmation pm) and I dont know a way to get my chat history back. I fully reinstalled Windows 7 on the new SSD, did not even think to backup a "main.db" skype file. From a quick google search this seems like the only way to get the conversation back.

Are you able to check when the last time he logged onto sythe was?

 

He last logged on the 25th of March

 

Hmm, I sent him a sythe pm with a copy paste of the skype message on the 20th.

 

Just to give you an update, Ayy has not logged in yet so he has not seen my pm

 

Just gonna ban him for now. When he refunds you he'll be unbanned straight away so long as this doesn't take months to handle
