Link doesn't work for me / no google cached version available, but it's enough to confirm based on the wording that he had been ban evading, plus it is confirmation that A_F aka Ericwsells is banned on powerbot for scamming and therefore is an offsite scammer.

 

Enough for me, will msg kezm0n though to get a more concrete ban reason
