Scammed for 80m - Won_gold o_0 scammer

Explanation of the trade: The deal was 80m RS 07 gold for payment of $168 via Google Wallet. I met him world 376 at Lumbridge bank, traded him 80m, confirmed two times it was him, then once he received the gold, he blocked me on Skype and logged off RS.
How they scammed: He took my 80m and did not pay me my $168.

Edit : I would like this user immediately banned or a 100% refund from the user. My question to staff is how many times will this user be able to scam users and get away with it? Please understand my frustration at this moment as I've been defrauded.

He sent me a PM on Sythe (see image above) with the chat log. He now claims I was talking to a Skype imposter but how would he have chat logs of our conversation if I was talking to an imposter?

You traded an imposter, look carefully at the skype names.
The pm's chat matches, but the skypename in the pm doesn't match.

Sorry for your loss buddy, pay more attention next time.
