was just scammed for $17...

After buying off of this guy, for $17 he says that I banned his account, with my main account that isnt even a mod. He then said many time again that I banned his account, and he would call Jagex. Just letting the video upload now.

If I can get a refund of some sort, I didnt give any ID so I suppose I can just chargeback the payment, but I am unsure about how to do it :/

 

Can you post this as screenshots please? The video is confusing to look at. Please read the stickies so you make sure you get the proper screenshots.

As you pointed out yourself, he didn't link you his actual profile. Had you realised this at the time, you woulda been fine. We can't take action against the person who has scammed you because we don't know who it is off of Skype.

Just chargeback the payment by disputing it as undelivered.
