    Explanation of Dispute/Trade: I sold Arctic 375m 07 for $825 USD. I was forced to refund the user $825 due to the payment breaking PayPal's TOS. Now Arctic and Blue's gold shop will not repay me. They claim it is because I owe PayPal money, and will not repay me my $825 till my debt is settled with paypal or Arctic/Blue will donate my funds for advertisements. Arctic and Blue's gold ship has no legal standing or any right to hold my money. My debt with another company is none of their concern, or their business. It is like Arctic saying "I know you have an unpaid debt for an old phone carrier so I am going to keep your pay check. If you don't pay that debt I will give your money away." in real life your boss, employer or whom ever would legally not be able to EVER say that. The only Reason Arctic knows about my debt with paypal as I have known him for a very long time and told him on a personal level before this sale ever took place. While selling me the gold, he was aware of me having outstanding debts with PayPal prior (and didn't ask if they were resolved) and still sold me the gold anyways.

    40 minutes after trading Arctic/Blue my 375m for $825 USD my account was limited (I can show mods in private that the trade really did happen as I have video/fb for it but the FB is on another site).

    My account was limited because some user contacted paypal to complain after the payment, even though I have no disputes official filed vs Me.

    After Further review, PayPal noticed (or was told by somebody) that I was my business was accepting payments via friends/family instead of goods/services which is against the TOS of paypal.

    After this email I have been forced to refund many users just not Blue/Arctic who all have had no issue giving my money.

    Arctic is basically just illegally claiming my money, and holding it as leverage unless I pay my debt with PayPal which is none of his concern or business. Arctic/Blue is using that private information against me as , when PayPal never informed him of my debt, and is using it as an excuse to just steal my money. PayPal has my information, and my debt is between me and PayPal. In real life, Blue's company would legally no be able to hold my money, they would probably charge me a $25 Administration fee for their time, and then send me my funds another way. At the end of the day, he has no reason to hold my funds, and nobody has asked him to. My issues between me and Paypal, are personal and do not affect them in any way. They are just using it as an excuse to steal my money.

    I will accept: Skrill, WU, Interact or WU (willing to discuss)

    In response to the OSBot dispute, the decision I believe was unjust, do to Arctic being ex-staff and me having personal issues with Maldesto. Maldesto in that dispute gave Arctic the permission to donate money that is not theirs, and agreed ridiculous terms of the refund that are my personal issue’s and Arctic, Blue and Maldesto have no right to tell me how to handle.

    Please show some chat logs that prove they are not willing to refund the transaction you made.

    We cannot do much if you don't show us anything apart from screenshots of paypal transactions and paypal limiting your account.

    Here is Arctic saying open a dispute if I want my money: [​IMG]

    Please read the OSBot thread, as they have multiple posts arguing they do not need to refund me, and are not going too. He is hiding behind the unfair verdict of Maldesto. Arctic has close ties to Maldesto as he is ex-staff, the users claim they will not refund me because of my debt with paypal. It is not Maldesto's, Arctic's or Blue's business or concern about my issues with paypal as it has nothing to do with them and the only reason they know about it, is because I told Arctic on a personal level as a friend and Arctic knew about my past issues with paypal going into this trade. I will fix my debt on my own terms. This is like saying hey I know you have an old phone debt and since you haven't paid it I will withhold your paycheck. They have no legal ground to do this. I will setlle my debts on my terms just like anyone else would. Paypal has my SIN and my personal information so my debt is linked to me forever until I pay it. It's not like this paypal debt is the concern of others.

    In the dispute on topbot it is discussed how Arctic/Blue are refusing to pay me and due to them continuously refusing to pay me, the users have been banned for scamming. Everytime I bring up them owing me money, they beat around the bush. I am willing to show logs to Sythe mods via screen share on Skype to prove this. This has been going gone for 3 days now...

    The only reason you know about my negative account is Arctic told you about it, who I told him in private and was aware of issues before the trade. Plus my negative balance is none of your business as it did not lead to my account being limited or the refunding of the funds . As the account the funds have been sent on, was never negative and is currently not negative. It is false that “Legally speaking, we are not obligated to send him anything back. He sent the refund manually to us when we had told him not to." no company can keep your funds because you refunded them. About my disputes on Sythe, I reported myself, nobody caught me ban evading multiple times I found I had an old account banned and I dealt with it. I wanted to come clean, I am not the person to hide stuff... I have been in no recent scam reports vs me for almost a year and I do not owe anybody money and have hundreds of FB on other sites. The user went into the trade knowing I was banned on sythe, and has accepted money from me as I bought gold from him since me being banned from sythe. Blue in each dispute has made difference excuses on why he will not refund me, he has not mentioned a scared of a “chargeback” on any other of his appeal, he is just using all the dirt he has against me that isn’t even related to this dispute. You claim that email was sent to me on the 27th, it was not. It was sent to me on Feb 10, 2015. [​IMG] I never said paypal “reversed” the money, I refunded it, it was a note to say why I refunded the payment. About the debt, I told your worker that in private, he knew before this transaction. Paypal never told you it as it is my private information that does not effect you… They are not the reason I refunded the payments, or the reason my account is limited. Like the on sythe disputes you talk about above your trying to just make me look bad (slander) to hide the fact you are just stealing/keeping my money. Our situation is like “I am working at a school to fix computers as a contractor, then the school board refuses to give me my money (paycheck) because I owe money to a plumber for fixing my water heater… They have no right to do that, as you have no right to hold my funds because it is a personal issue that does not involve you.
