There's no evidence proving this user is matched to all of the other ones listed.
The vouches copied are all from axelus' vouch thread, which doesn't necessarily surprise me for those banned for use of fake vouches.

I've banned them for 2 weeks and they will return with a TwC.
If you're able to find additional evidence which links them to a banned account, be sure to post a new report.
