    Hello,
    So i wanted to buy Ikov unlimited voting metho, he said its nothing related with changing ip or something, "just refresh page and u get 10-15 auths on 1minute"
    after i paid him 1.8m 07gp (half) he gaved me an tor browser name(nobody knows that), now refuses to give me back my 1.8m and deleted me on his skype.
    he also mentioned, that only hes 2 friends knows the method.
