We need solid proof of that Skype belonging to the user in question.

 

Nobody knows my skype, it's rather strange he added me a minute after i send my skype to him via pm..?

 

Actually - resolved his Skype and got his IP that matches the Sythe profile. Banned him for the blackhat threats.
