    Both users are on the IP with Volc4no which i'm guessing is the one he pardoned with since it's an unregistered and the same unreg name.

    Both users share the same IP + HardToFind was created ONLY 2 days after Volc4no's pardon was denied, and since LeagueOfSmurfing was created prior to this and is on the same IP it seems he was ban evading before/during/after his pardon.
