    Explanation of the trade:
    I paid him 10 dollars via Skrill for League of Legends referrals (50%). At december the 20th he told me the referrals would be completed in max. 5 days, and we are now at the 5th of January (15+ days ago) and I didn't receive any single referral. He doesn't respond anymore on skype.

    How they scammed:
    I did not get my referrals wherefor I paid. He ignores me on Skype aswell.
