Cawfee ban evader and/or scammer

Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:
he sold me a blacklisted account (I miiasma I) for 45m rs07, which apparently was sold by Finally as well (you can see in Finally's vouch thread, a user was scammed with this account). Cawfee said he is the original owner of the account in our skype chat. So this indicates that Finally is also his account.

here is the screenshot of him stating that he is the original owner of this account, and claiming he is a trusted member of sythe and this account won't be recovered. this account infact has been recovered before, as proven by a post on finally's vouch thread in april 2014. also it most likely has been recovered more than once, since there is also a runescape message stating that the email was changed just a month before i bought it. i am anticipating that i will lose this account at any second now.

I'd take all the valuables off that account if I were you, banned
