I would like to alert you to a scam


- I decided to buy CSGO trunk key on a site
- The purchase was 50 key CSGO the amount of 50 x $ 1.90 = 95 USD
- I checked the status of the seller (profile, inventory, comment, age of STEAMREP.com account)
- The reputation of the seller seemed to me very well so I decided to process
- I made the transaction and 2-3 minutes later he said he can not give me my item
** because his paypal account is limited he show proof
- Then he said to a dispute with PayPal because it has no access to my payment
** so basically he not give me the key
- 1 week passed and I received an email from Paypal to tell me that the transaction is ultimately legale
** and I can not be refunded
- I decided to Conctat the seller and he told me that is paypal account is still limited
** I ask for proof of his paypal account yesterday he never wanted to make the effort
** to solve the problem

Bottom line is, you paid for keys which he hasn't delivered. He says his PayPal is limited, but he's still regularly bumping his threads.
