    He agreed to sell me this account, for 30$:

    After a few PM's back and forth, he gave me his Skype account(which I have ss'd through PMs). I sent him the money after talking on Skype(30$), to a new paypal account he made.

    He gave me the info to a silver 1 account with the bare amount of champions, said "Oh sorry that's my smurf, I'll get you the real account", and removed me from Skype/took the account back.

    I can provide any screenshots of PM's you need, Skype conversation, PayPal screenshots, etc.

    Let me know what you need to get this KID banned.
